FedEx in Memphis seeks a Journeyman Electrician to perform repair and maintenance tasks for electrical and electronic systems across FedEx facilities and equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and six years of journeyman experience, including 24 months as a FedEx Technician (Electrical) or equivalent maintenance experience on similar equipment.

A Shelby County Journeyman Electrician License is required.

• Shelby County Journeyman Electrician License is required.

High School Diploma/G.E.D. Six (6) Years Journeyman Experience, Of Which 24 Months Being As A Fedex Technician (Electrical), Or 24 Months Of Maintenance Experience On Similar Equipment/Systems In A Commercial/ Industrial Electrical Maintenance.License Requirements Are Per The Local Authority Having Jurisdiction. Must Be Willing To Work Odd Work Weeks, Overtime, Holidays And Rotating Shifts. Valid Driver'S License Required. Must Possess Good Working Knowledge Of Maintenance Tools, Equipment And Procedures. Ability To Lift 75 Lbs And Maneuver Heavy Facilities Related Components, Parts And Equipment With Appropriate Equipment And/Or Assistance. Abilityt O Access Equipment By Crawling, Laying, Standing And/Or Climbing At All Heights Both Above And Below Ground. Good Interpersonal And Oral Communication Skills.
