Job summary

Nature's Bakery is seeking an experienced Sr. Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-speed production equipment, with emphasis on electrical systems, controls, motors, and equipment troubleshooting.

The position offers a graveyard shift (6pm-6:30am) with night differential and overtime opportunities in a fast-paced food production environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and manufacturing drawings.
• Working knowledge of control power and main power.
• Experience troubleshooting motors, sensors, and production equipment.
• Experience using a voltmeter and amp meter.
• PLC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and components on high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation.
• Troubleshoot control power and main power systems.
• Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, sensors, switches, and other components.
• Identify motor frames, power requirements, and amp draw.
• Use voltmeters and amp meters to diagnose issues.
• Support PLC-based equipment and controls; PLC experience is a plus.
• Perform soldering and other electrical repair techniques as needed.
• Maintain safety around energized equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair conveyors, assembly, forms, mixers, and packaging machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance and test equipment.
