Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician Level 6 for a high-speed manufacturing facility in the United States. You will lead electrical maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex equipment, and drive reliability improvements while ensuring safety basics are met.

You will interpret schematics, update maintenance records in SAP, collaborate with planning, and mentor other technicians.

Qualifications

• Advanced electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• Proficiency with electrical testing tools and SAP for maintenance records.
• Must have Level 6 electrical skills certification or ability to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead maintenance activities for lines.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical/mechanical issues.
• Improve equipment reliability and efficiency through proactive actions.
• Interpret schematics and support troubleshooting with technical docs.
• Maintain maintenance records in SAP and other systems.
• Prioritize work with Planning/Operations; manage materials/resources.
• Schedule repairs and assign tasks based on technician skills.
• Ensure safety, LOTO compliance, and timely completion of tasks.
• Support AC/DC systems, power distribution, and manufacturing equipment.
• Contribute to root cause analyses and A3 problem solving.
• Communicate issues during shift transitions; coordinate with PIT Crew.
