Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking an EM Tech to perform advanced electrical duties on the production line. You will plan, monitor, and lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and maintain records for compliance and uptime.

The role requires a solid understanding of electrical codes, LOTO and arc flash policies, and the ability to read schematics. You’ll contribute to safety and reliability while supporting continuous improvements within the facility.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Campbells' Technical Programs & Policies LOTO, Electrical Safety, Arc Flash
• Understanding of the National Electric Code
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
• Understanding of basic OHM's Law

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and lead all maintenance activities on the assigned manufacturing line
• Evaluate line performance and plan work requiring electrical and mechanical procedures
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain required maintenance records for identified equipment
• Coordinate with planning to build work priorities and gather supplies
• Delegate tasks based on team leader skills and training
• Ensure all maintenance is done safely, efficiently, and on time
• Coordinate training opportunities with PIT Crew and Training Department
• Report maintenance failures and support continuous improvement programs
• Participate in A3 investigations for quality, safety, and reliability
• Perform other duties as assigned
