Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to oversee critical electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems in our facilities.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to repairs, and ensure uptime and safety in mission-critical environments. The role requires a Master’s Electrical License, 8+ years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead technicians and coordinate with contractors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive experience in electrical field.
• Must hold a valid Master’s Electrical License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems to ensure peak uptime.
• Lead junior technicians and supervise contractors on electrical duties.
• Analyze systems requirements and install parts per specs.
• Troubleshoot and repair advanced electrical circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance and log activities in CMMS.
• Monitor facility parameters and coordinate with vendors during events.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement.
