Job summary

Accredo Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Electrical Maintenance Technician to lead electrical reliability and troubleshooting on LEMO bag-making equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires deep electrical expertise, hands-on leadership on shift, and the ability to drive preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and machine start-ups. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with a strong electrical focus.
Hands-on experience with LEMO bag-making machines preferred.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and control systems.
Experience installing and maintaining VFDs and motor control systems.
Proficient in reading electrical schematics and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical systems and controls.
Lead shift on electrical reliability, breakdown response, and PM execution.
Support machine startups, changeovers, and upgrades for LEMO equipment.
Maintain safety and compliance with NEC, OSHA, and plant standards.
Document all work in the CMMS and communicate status to leadership.
