Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 15 years related experience, typically 20+ years.
• PE or P.Eng registration is required.
• Domestic and possibly international travel to sites and supplier factories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the electrical discipline on major EPC projects.
• Direct and develop assigned electrical engineering and design personnel.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, procedures, and quality expectations on the project.
• Manage discipline staffing, budgets, and execution performance.
• Interface with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
