Job summary

Kyyba is seeking an Electrical Technical Project Manager to lead on-site execution for electrification projects in Houston. You will ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while managing contract commitments, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

10+ years of construction/field experience, preferably with electrical systems background.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, and one-line diagrams.
Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and zero-incident culture.
Excellent oral and written communication in English; able to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate site engineering activities to align with project requirements, compliance and quality.
Serve as primary field technical authority, ensuring installation and commissioning meet drawings and standards.
Facilitate issue resolution and maintain schedules.
Lead field documentation, punch lists, pre-task plans and safety walkdowns.
Maintain project documentation and communicate status/risks to leadership and customer.
Act as onsite point-of-contact and escalate issues to protect timelines.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting across electrical and basic mechanical systems.
Drive formal acceptance, contract close-out, and customer sign-off.
