Solstice Advanced Materials seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer for the Capital Engineering group. The role provides technical leadership across the manufacturing network and may be based in Baton Rouge or Geismar, LA; Colonial Heights, VA; or Houston, TX, reporting to the Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Program Manager.

You will design and specify electrical equipment, develop SOWs, lead safety and code compliance, coordinate with vendors and site teams, and drive value through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of electrical design experience in a chemical, petrochemical, or similar industrial environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across capital projects, from FEED through startup.
• Develop SOWs and Basis of Design for projects.
• Specify and select high/medium/low‑voltage equipment and protective devices.
• Manage vendor interactions, bid evaluations, and communicate recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Solstice standards, QA/QC, and safety codes.
