Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the integration of electrical architecture for automotive programs at our Auburn Hills, MI facility. You will assist in requirements analysis, vehicle configuration (PROXI), and early-stage builds, working with the EE team to ensure on-time delivery of milestones.

The role requires 5+ years of automotive electrical experience, strong communication, and the ability to document technical details clearly across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of automotive electrical engineering experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to document technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of vehicle electrical architecture and system specs.
• Coordinate requirements analysis and documentation releases.
• Assist in PROXI vehicle configuration and early builds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Support RAR, change management, and DOORS processes.
• Contribute to electrical issue resolution and program reviews.
• Manage and track electrical deliverables within the program.
