Ancora Education invites applicants for the Lead Electrical Instructor-STVT at our Arlington, TX campus. This full-time exempt role leads curriculum delivery, program oversight, and collaboration with Admissions, Career Services, and faculty to ensure academic excellence.

You will hire and develop instructors, monitor student progress, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and advisory board input, while partnering with employer externships.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of industry experience within the last 10 years.
• Degree or equivalent work experience in the field of instruction.
• Master’s Degree preferred; experience in post-secondary instruction.
• Knowledge of federal/state education regulations.

Mansioni

• Provide services to students and advise on scheduling.
• Lead curriculum development and revision with Ancora Academics.
• Supervise faculty and conduct performance appraisals.
• Assist with program budgeting and course scheduling.
• Promote student retention and success initiatives.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Career Services, and external partners.
