Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an Electrical Field Superintendent to provide on-site leadership for electrical/I&C construction activities within a large power generation project in Pecos, TX. You will ensure safety, comply with technical requirements, and manage daily field operations, while coordinating with engineering, construction management, and project controls.

You will lead craft labor and subcontractors, drive workforce planning, and monitor cost/schedule performance to support efficient project

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct craft labor and subcontractor teams, ensuring safe and efficient execution of daily work.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination, ensuring alignment with project expectations.
• Participate in developing scopes of work, budgets, and contract formation/negotiation.
• Engage proactively in team development through performance management and feedback.
• Develops and monitors Look Ahead Schedule and ensures materials and tools are available.
