Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on electrical hardware design experience.
• Proven ability to take concepts to production, with low-voltage systems <60V.
• Experience PCBA schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium preferred).
• Strong analog/mixed-signal fundamentals and DFMEA practice.
• Ability to lead cross-functional reviews and drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate low-voltage hardware and PCBA assemblies.
• Lead design reviews to align requirements and secure approvals.
• Own bring-up, validation, and qualification of custom hardware.
• Collaborate with reliability, NPI, and suppliers for DFM/DFT.
• Debug complex hardware issues across labs, field deployments, and production.
