Honeywell in Missouri is seeking an experienced electrical/engineering professional to influence strategic technical programs and mentor engineers. The role requires leading major projects, interfacing with customers, and guiding long-term technical direction.

You will prepare proposals, manage schedules and costs, and ensure on-site delivery while maintaining DOE clearance eligibility. A strong ABET-accredited degree and 7+ years of relevant experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Science from ABET-accredited program in Engineering or Physics.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Engineering, Analytical, or related technical activities.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
• United States Citizenship.
• Ability to work on-site as directed by management and as determined by the needs of the business.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations).

Responsabilidades

• Influences strategic planning for major technical projects or multiple projects of major scope and complexity.
• Provides significant external leadership with extensive customer and stakeholder interface.
• Advises and consults as technical expert to drive and implement short and long-term projects.
• Prepares comprehensive proposals, schedules, and cost estimates; may set or negotiate schedule changes and dates.
• Leads or coordinates work on a major project, program, product, or component with responsibilities for objectives, dates, and technical specs.
• Drives technical advances and innovation to impact existing technologies.
• Stays current with emerging tech and business trends; uses knowledge to evaluate opportunities.
