Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a skilled Electrician for the Desert Pine BESS project. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within a large-scale energy storage facility, ensuring safety and efficiency.

In this role, you will perform inspections, diagnose faults, and coordinate with engineers and managers. A Journeyman license and 3–5 years of relevant experience are preferred, with OSHA certification encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program preferred.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the relevant state/jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years of experience as a qualified electrician, preferably in renewable energy, industrial, or utility settings.
• Knowledge of electrical theory, AC/DC circuits, control systems, and power distribution.
• Experience with BESS or large-scale electrical infrastructure is a significant advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a demanding construction environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and local/national electrical codes.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on BESS electrical systems, including batteries, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions, utilizing various testing devices and tools.
• Connect electrical power to equipment, ensuring proper grounding and safety protocols are followed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Document work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
• Operate and maintain a variety of electrical tools and equipment.
• Assist in the training and supervision of apprentice electricians as needed.

Job Qualifications:
