Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking an experienced General Foreman to oversee multiple electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate manpower, plan schedules, ensure NEC compliance, and maintain a safe, productive job site while collaborating with project managers, superintendents, and clients.

You will mentor field personnel, read and interpret blueprints, manage production logs, and enforce quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role as a Foreman or General Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Plan daily and weekly work activities to meet project schedules and milestones.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor resources.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company quality standards.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Identify and resolve field issues while minimizing project delays.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, and production tracking.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers.
• Mentor and develop field personnel to build strong, high-performing teams.
