Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as Electrical Foreman/General Foreman on commercial/industrial projects.
• Journeyman Wireman license (if required by local jurisdiction).
• Strong ability to read electrical plans and NFPA codes.
• Proven track record leading sub-foremen and crews.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, materials, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all field production activities and assist planning, material orders.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to set project goals and monitor progress.
• Track labor efficiency, hours, and project labor needs.
• Maintain schedules, codes compliance, and installation documentation.
• Provide leadership to sub-foremen and manage safety practices.
• Ensure accurate 'as-built' documentation and cost control.
