Job summary

Helix Electric is seeking a General Superintendent- Electrical to lead field operations across a portfolio of projects. You will supervise Senior Superintendents and Site General Superintendents, drive staffing, safety, and QA/QC, and partner with project teams to meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires extensive electrical trade experience, NFPA/NFPA 70E knowledge, and strong leadership abilities to mentor field leaders and coordinate with safety, engineering, and management teams.

Qualifications

15+ years in the electrical trade with progressive field leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70) and NFPA 70E safety practices.
Proficient in reading plans, shop drawings, submittals and BIM/VDC coordination.

Responsibilities

Manage and support all assigned Superintendents, Senior Superintendents, and Site General Superintendents.
Forecast and staff field resources; own weekly field staffing projections.
Participate in project reviews and contribute to budgets and execution plans.
Collaborate with PMs and operations leaders to ensure proper project planning.
Champion safety standards and ensure training is implemented department-wide.
