Job summary

SoBro Construction in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a General Superintendent to lead the electrical division's field operations. This hands-on leadership role sets the field standard, runs crews, and schedules across active projects, working closely with ownership to drive division performance.

Ideal candidates hold an Oregon Journeyman Electrician license, have deep commercial/industrial field experience, and are proficient with plans, specs, and code.

Qualifications

• Oregon Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Experience leading field operations on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of plans, specs, and codes (OSHA/NEC).

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across the electrical division, managing crews and schedules.
• Plan manpower and develop field team.
• Ensure jobsite safety and code compliance.
• Provide technical authority on methods and constructability.
• Conduct site walks, preconstruction planning, and bid input.
• Maintain client and GC relationships on site.
