Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school, apprenticeship, or vocational training required.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction or related field experience.
• Experience with copper and fiber optic communications.
• Experience reading electrical/telecommunications drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems supporting communications and network infrastructure.
• Read schematics, blueprints, riser diagrams, and construction drawings.
• Install conduit, cable tray, grounding systems, raceways, and related infrastructure.
• Install, terminate, test, certify, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling.
• Maintain MDF/IDF, data centers, and network room infrastructure.
• Perform certification testing and maintain accurate as-built records.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and local electrical codes.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain required certifications.
