Job summary

Oracle US is seeking a Senior Facilities Service Manager – Electrical to lead the onsite electrical facilities technician team responsible for safe, reliable maintenance across mission-critical power infrastructure. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, field service, critical facilities operations, industrial power systems, or uptime-critical environments.
• 1–3+ years of experience leading technicians or field maintenance programs.
• Strong background in electrical safety, regulatory compliance, switching risk, and incident response.
• Experience leading technicians and vendor partners in high-risk environments.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, facilities management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite electrical facilities technician team for maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, switching support, and service execution.
• Manage Electrical Facilities Technicians with day-to-day leadership and performance management.
• Build and lead an in-house self-perform maintenance program for electrical systems and procedures.
• Oversee maintenance and service for switchgear, UPS, batteries, generators, grounding, breakers, and power distribution.
• Own electrical safety programs and ensure NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout, and energized work controls compliance.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and contract execution for electrical services.
