Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and cost codes for projects; assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including scope of work, management plans, and safety.
• Gather data and assist in preparing bid proposal estimates and design/build proposals.
• Develop and present clear project scopes to customers and meet with potential clients.
• Understand plans to identify materials and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Price change orders and maintain current supplier price information.
• Identify value-added solutions and cost-saving methods; resolve change orders.
