Qualifications

• 10+ years of complex estimating experience, preferably in electrical commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction systems and industry practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Accubid and estimating techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating efforts for large-scale, high-risk, complex projects.
• Develop conceptual estimates and budgets with limited design information.
• Coordinate and negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
