Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction estimating experience in automotive, data center, or heavy industry sectors.
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings, with ability to interpret schematics.
• Familiar with Bid Depository regulations and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical cost estimates for diverse projects.
• Calculate materials, labor, and equipment costs from proposals and plans.
• Draft requests for quotations to secure competitive pricing from suppliers.
