Epic Healthcare in Toms River, NJ is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to take full ownership of commercial estimating. You will manage every bid, number, and proposal, using AI-powered takeoff tools and traditional methods to deliver reliable, fast estimates.

You will review drawings, apply NEC knowledge, and collaborate with clients and project teams to negotiate contracts and refine estimates while scaling processes for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven electrical estimating experience in construction.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
• Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office; cost budgeting.
• Comfort with AI tools and willingness to learn.
• Preferred: Electrical field experience.
• Preferred: Experience supporting construction or project management and client negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Own full commercial estimating process from bid invitation to final proposal.
• Prepare electrical estimates, project budgets, pricing, and material cost assessments using AI-driven and traditional estimating software.
• Review drawings to identify scope, quantities, and project requirements.
• Apply NEC and electrical codes to estimates.
• Drive cost control by evaluating risks and refining estimates.
• Work with clients and project teams; participate in negotiations and review contracts.
• Improve estimating processes by adopting AI tools and scalable workflows.
