Qualifications

• Proficiency with estimating tools such as On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates.
• Complete accurate quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns.
• Review drawings and project scope for compliance.
