Candidates should have over 6 years of experience in electrical estimation and a strong background in high-value projects exceeding $10 million. This position includes responsibilities such as collaborating with project managers, analyzing designs, and supporting negotiations to shape significant construction projects. Relocation assistance to Texas will be provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Electrical Estimation.
• Have estimated projects of at least $10 million.
• Ability to analyze drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMs and leadership on pursuit strategy.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and subcontractor/vendor quotes.
• Support client presentations and negotiations.
• Improve tools, processes, and estimating accuracy.

Skills

Strong background estimating electrical scopes

Experience with data centers, healthcare, semiconductor, or large commercial projects

Ability to break down complex designs

Strong communication and collaboration skills
