Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking an Estimator IV - Modular - Data Center to lead the estimating efforts for complex data center projects.

You will develop and complete project-specific electrical estimates based on PM direction, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. The role requires seven years of electrical estimating experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to train others and support project managers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage estimating team for timely, accurate electrical estimates.
• Perform estimating takeoffs on projects.
• Provide leadership and training to estimators and trainees.
• Conduct estimating system training for estimators and project managers.
• Create and communicate estimating standards for design/build and plans/spec work.
• Maintain and upgrade estimating system, databases, and assemblies.
• Coordinate with project managers and general contractors to ensure high-quality estimates.
