Hadley Energy Solutions in Louisville, KY is seeking an experienced estimator to deliver accurate quotes for commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will own the bid process from pre-bid through bid submittal, and partner with management to maximize project win potential.

Qualifications include 3+ years of electrical estimating, proficiency with Accubid or EBM, and strong Excel/Word skills. We offer comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and a family-owned culture.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience as a construction estimator, primarily in electrical.
Experience with Accubid or EBM required.
Meticulous during takeoff and able to estimate from pre-bid walk-through to bid submission.
Ability to hand off comprehensive information to management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide a complete bid from pre-bid to customer bid submission.
Request clarification during bid process.
Update costs based on new information and project scope changes.
Collect and analyze project costs, including material, labor, equipment, and tooling.
Identify and quantify potential cost uncertainties to ensure costing models capture the full range of potential costs.
Additional duties as assigned.
