Job summary

A prominent analytics firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to evaluate project plans, prepare detailed estimates, and coordinate with engineers. This role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in electrical construction estimating. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Candidates with both residential and commercial experience are preferred. Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of experience as an Electrical Construction Estimator.
• Knowledge of building codes and electrical, plumbing, mechanical codes required.
• Strong understanding of different types of building construction, materials, and methods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project plans and designs for estimating costs.
• Coordinate with Engineers on BIM layouts.
• Prepare Requests For Information to identify conflicts in Bid Documents.
