Jacobs is expanding its Energy & Power Solutions team to tackle the complexities of energy resiliency with drivers such as artificial intelligence and the electrification of infrastructure expected to create exponential load growth for power utilities across North America. We are seeking an experienced electrical engineering discipline lead to take a leading role working closely with our clients as well as internal sales and operations teams as we expand our energy transition portfolio.
This opening provides the opportunity to engage with clients, evaluate their energy needs, develop concept‑level plans and solutions, then take these through detailed design to provide for full execution of the solution. We offer a true “end to end” life‑cycle service from exploration, development, operation, and repowering/retirement. You will lead large teams of electrical engineers undertaking detailed engineering studies, modelling, and design for utility‑scale power generation assets. You will collaborate with Technical Leadership, Operations, Client Account Managers and sales professionals on pursuits of strategic importance to the firm, delivering work with remote and diverse teams across geographies and cultures.

The base salary range for this position is $169,500.00 to $296,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
