S&S Worldwide, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team in designing and implementing electrical and control systems for amusement rides and devices.
The role blends hands‑on engineering work with leadership, project oversight, and process improvement to deliver safe, innovative ride systems on schedule and within budget. The manager will guide technical design, documentation, and compliance efforts, coordinating with project engineers and the Engineering Director.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years in electrical and controls system design with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience managing technical teams and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, networking, instrumentation, and power distribution.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a team of electrical engineers, controls engineers, designers, and drafters.
- Oversee design, development, and implementation of electrical and control systems for rides.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety requirements.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% as required.
