Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Additional 2-3 years of leadership or mentoring in an office setting.
• Experience managing projects from scope to delivery, including cost tracking and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct and oversee daily workflow for Reno office staff; ensure accountability and growth.
• Project Management: Serve as project manager for internal and cross-functional initiatives; manage budgets, deliverables, timelines, and efficiencies.
• Cross-Office Collaboration: Liaise between Reno team and central management to align goals and ensure high-quality execution; client-facing role on electrical projects.
• Design and engineering of low-voltage and medium-voltage power distribution, lighting, and related systems for utility, industrial, and commercial facilities.
• Control system integration design, including interconnections and panel design.
• Execution and design responsibilities for electrical and controls tasks, including calculations and specifications.
• Coordinate deliverables with other disciplines and drafting teams; manage deadlines and adapt to changing needs.
• Provide mentorship and career development for engineering staff; participate in field surveys and commissioning activities.
