Job summary

TAE Technologies is hiring a senior electrical engineer to lead the architectural design of accelerator subsystems, including high voltage and control layouts, with emphasis on safety compliance and project leadership. You will oversee a team to deliver complex medical technology programs within budget and schedule, ensuring quality and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in management roles, experience in regulated environments (ISO 13485, FDA QSR), and proficiency with CAD

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the architectural design of electrical subsystems for the accelerator, including power supplies, high voltage systems, vacuum systems and control layouts.
• Define and enforce electrical safety standards compliant with IEC 60601 and FDA regulations.
• Manages the activities of an engineering group in the development of medical technology.
• Identify and define engineering challenges and formulate design solutions.
• Provide direction and leadership to deliver the program to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate completion of tasks and projects.
• Select, evaluate, and develop personnel to ensure completion of goals.
