Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience, including minimum 5 years’ people management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems design.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provides design and engineering support to other departments as needed.
• Manages conceptual design for specific projects.
• Performs site inspections during construction phase.

Skills

Expert knowledge of applicable systems design

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to lead an engineering group

Strong public speaking ability

Strong computer skills, including CADD

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
