You will ensure compliance with engineering standards and manage engineering activities. Applicants should have a solid understanding of MEP systems and a Bachelor's in Engineering, along with at least 12 years of experience. Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of design and systems within all MEP markets.
• 12+ years practical experience in designing and developing projects from concept to completion.
• LEED-accredited Professional certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instruction.
• Identify design, process and equipment options that can satisfy client requirements.
• Develop and maintain standards for engineering calculations and drawing presentation.

Excellent analytical and technical writing skills

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

Excellent time management skills

Ability to efficiently review and critique construction documents

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office

Education

4-yr. Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree
