ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Electronics Test and Validation team, supporting vehicle electronics validation and testing.

The role emphasizes designing verification plans, leading test execution, and delivering quality analysis. You will work with reliability, design and firmware teams, apply lab instrumentation, and contribute to scalable tools and processes within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS or equivalent work experience in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electronics characterization and validation testing.
• Experience using lab instrumentation like oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, digital multimeters, etc.
• Very good understanding of Electrical Engineering fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and communication buses.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed design verification and characterization test plans for ECU programs with input from reliability, design, and firmware teams.
• Lead the execution of characterization testing plans according to project milestones.
• Own test coverage reports and perform analysis to ensure compliance and quality.
• Perform bench-level characterization at IC and PCBA levels to validate electronic components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot firmware and hardware issues, providing early feedback to design engineers.
