Job summary

Skyeton, Inc. in Fayetteville, NC, seeks a Senior Electrical Assembly & Integration leader to drive design, assembly, and qualification of aerospace electrical systems for UAV platforms.

You will translate electrical drawings into production instructions, lead harness and PCB assembly, ensure IPC/AS standards, and mentor technicians while supporting manufacturing scale‑up and continuous improvement efforts in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in aerospace/defense electrical manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading harness and electronics assembly operations.
• Ability to obtain a United States Security Clearance (ITAR/EAR).

Responsibilities

• Design, commission, and operate the cable/harness build cell and electronics assembly.
• Lead electrical integration activities for UAV systems, payloads, antennas, and ground support equipment.
• Develop and maintain electrical test fixtures, programming jigs, and RF test systems.
• Establish compliant manufacturing processes per IPC/AS standards and support scale-up.
