Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in consulting engineering.
- Experience in NYC building projects, preferably in education.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in NY strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Electrical Engineering team and day-to-day work.
- Prepare scope reports and detailed calculations.
- Develop construction documents and specifications.
Skills
10+ years' experience in electrical and fire alarm system design
Management and leadership experience
Strong knowledge of New York City codes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Latest AutoCAD experience
LEED accreditation
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
