Job summary

You will drive electrical design, hands-on testing, and NPI across multiple product lines, maintaining design standards and working closely with internal teams and customers. The role requires a BS in electrical engineering with 10+ years in design, development and test, strong PCB experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• BS in electrical engineering; MS a plus.
• 10+ years of electrical design, development and test experience.
• Experience in PCB design, build and test.
• Hands-on testing of electrical components and systems per requirements/drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented and responsive.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and validation of EE solutions across business lines.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and establish company-wide design standards and templates.
• Act as EE SME for internal R&D efforts and project reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design reviews and customer meetings.
• Support continuous improvement with Quality as EE SME.
