Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher with several years of engineering experience in regulated environments.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with electrical distribution systems up to 600V and associated codes.

Responsibilities

• Owns safe, reliable operation and lifecycle management of electrical systems.
• Coordinate responses to faults, outages, and incidents; ensure corrective actions.
• Lead engineering assessments and equipment modifications for new products/tech introductions.
• Ensure plant readiness and regulatory compliance for audits and inspections.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and travel as required (up to 10%).
