Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• 11–15 years leading engineering teams on major energy infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations.
• Experience in electrical engineering design, equipment, and installation.
• PE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage engineering projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading technical teams.
• Engage in decision-making, technical analysis, and project coordination for utility-scale solar, BESS, and power plant operations.
• Ensure designs meet project specifications, safety standards, and performance goals.
• Identify opportunities for innovative technologies and projects.
• Lead collaborations with suppliers on solution strategies and evaluate products or services.
• Act as a technical liaison within and outside the organization.
