Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an Electrical/Principal Electrical Engineer for the Sentinel program in Roy, Utah. You will support design, analysis, and integration of electrical subsystems, ensuring compliance with DoD standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing PDPs, and reviewing schematics and engineering data. A US citizenship and DoD Secret clearance are required, with relocation assistance possibly available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required; 2+ years experience or Master's with zero years.
• Master's degree can substitute for experience; PhD also acceptable.
• US Citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance required; SAP access possible.

Responsibilities

• Attend internal program, customer, and supplier technical meetings.
• Support milestone reviews with progress updates.
• Coordinate electrical design with other teams and review drawings.
• Develop LRU electrical/cable designs and PDPs through release process.
• Review schematics, wiring diagrams, and data sheets for accuracy.
• Perform analyses and trade studies for electrical/electro‑mechanical systems.
