The ideal candidate will lead a team, own components, and guide engineers through complex embedded hardware development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years hardware product development experience.
• Experience with analog, digital, and high-speed circuit design.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring engineers.
• Experience writing test procedures and design verification plans.
• Experience with PCB layout and schematic entry tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with interdisciplinary team to execute designs from concept to production.
• Lead and support a technical team on multiple projects in parallel.
• Coordinate engineering activities within the project and ensure cross-discipline alignment.
• Develop functional specs, verification plans, and test procedures.
• Architect and implement embedded systems and complex analog/digital circuits.
• Support product releases to manufacturing and customer deployments.
• Deliver work to fast-paced schedules.
