Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to design, prototype, develop, and scale electrical systems for advanced AI-powered robotic products. The role emphasises hands-on hardware development, PCB design, power electronics, and embedded firmware.

You will own electrical projects from concept through prototyping and into scalable manufacturing, collaborating with mechanical, software, and robotics teams to deliver reliable robotic systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on PCB design and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics and electrical system design.
• Experience with motor control boards and power distribution systems.
• Knowledge of battery management systems (BMS).
• Embedded firmware development experience; hardware-software integration.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to independently manage projects in a fast-paced hardware development environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on electrical engineering professional with strong expertise in PCB design, power electronics, and embedded hardware development. The successful candidate will take ownership of electrical engineering projects, develop critical robotic systems, and help move hardware designs from early concepts and prototypes into scalable manufacturing.

• Experience taking electrical designs from prototype through manufacturing and production scaling.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary hardware and software engineering teams.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000–$220,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Competitive equity package.

Final compensation will depend on relevant experience, technical expertise, and qualifications.
