Job summary

Monarch Quantum in San Diego, CA is seeking an Electrical Engineer 4 to design, analyze and test RF and mixed-signal circuits. You will own substantial parts of the design lifecycle and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in startups or tech companies.
• Experience designing RF circuits in 200MHz to 20GHz range.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, analyze, document and support testing of products and subsystems.
• Modeling and simulation of electrical circuits with SPICE.
• PCB layout and production of CAM files; vendor interaction for quality builds.
• Lead root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
