Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of consulting experience to lead electrical systems design and specification within a multidisciplinary team. You will supervise, estimate, and negotiate contracts for projects across industrial and manufacturing settings.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance if needed and to collaborate with architectural practices within a multi‑discipline

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
10+ years of consulting experience in Electrical Engineering.
PE license (preferred).
Ability to supervise, estimate, and negotiate contracts.
Experience with industrial and manufacturing buildings (preferred).
Must be able to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.
Experience managing projects of varying sizes.
