The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, an active Arizona PE license, and over 15 years of experience in electrical engineering design, particularly in MEP consulting. The role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities towards ownership.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona PE license required.
• 15+ years of electrical engineering design experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IECC, IBC, LEED, and applicable building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and coordination for complex projects.
• Mentor engineers, designers, modelers, and EITs.
• Act as a client-facing technical contact throughout the design and construction phases.
