• Strong understanding of the engineering development process from requirements through delivery.
• Ability to lead or coordinate execution across electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, systems, and manufacturing disciplines.
• Experience reviewing designs, test results, and corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or coordinate engineering activities for complex electromechanical systems with an emphasis on precision motion control and system integration.
• Define requirements, interfaces, test approaches, and execution plans with cross-functional teams.
• Support design trade studies involving motors, encoders, sensors, servo control loops, and power electronics.
• Coordinate prototype development, integration, troubleshooting, verification, and qualification testing.
• Identify technical risks and communicate status to engineering and program leadership.
• Assist in transition of designs from development into production, including manufacturability and supplier coordination.
