Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic to highly complex electrical master plans and power systems.
• Perform power system studies, calculations, and layouts.
• Conduct site reviews and adjust designs to site requirements.
• Contribute to Technical Knowledge Management via papers/case studies.
• Prepare technical papers for publication in industry journals.
• Collaborate with sales to develop client proposals and ensure alignment with standards.
• Meet with clients to understand design needs and deliver technical solutions.
• Attend conferences to expand technical expertise and visibility.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Review and supervise the project work of junior engineers.
• Perform other duties as required.
